Brightplus is happy to have been awarded with ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognised standard that certifies our products and services meet customer requirements through an effective quality management system.
ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates strong commitment to quality, customer excellence and continuous improvement. To become ISO 9001:2015 certified, Brightplus developed and implemented a green chemistry adjusted quality management system that ensures an ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
Bureau Veritas Certification Finland granted Brightplus the certification in October after an audit process. In addition to implementing the quality management system, the audit process included management system documentation review, pre-audit and clearance of non-conformities.
